Deeper public research + complete Decision Logic
  • AI research now scrubs forums, social, reviews, and press (Reddit, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, BBB, Google Maps, open web) in addition to the prospect's own site — not just to fill profile fields, but to ground the Decision Logic and full report in real-world signal.
  • Prospect's Decision Logic is now guaranteed to be fully populated: stricter prompt requires every field to be specific and useful, and code-level fallbacks fill any remaining gaps with category-aware defaults (luxury / trades / professional services) so the card never shows empty rows.
  • Report generation also receives the public-mentions context for richer Owner Concept, Stalled Cause, and Outreach Message inference.

Real AI generation + 4-step wizard
  • Wizard collapsed to 4 steps: Prospect Info → Review & Complete → Guided Decisions → Generate.
  • New 'Review & Complete Prospect' step uses live web research (Jina Reader + DuckDuckGo + on-page schema) plus AI to fill missing fields, with status chips: User Entered, AI Found, or Not Found with High Confidence.
  • Every AI-completed field is editable — the user always has final say.
  • Internal Prospect's Decision Logic layer runs after completion to infer approval style, redesign tolerance, persuasion angle, recommended style directions, build platform, and outreach tone — grounded only in public business signals.
  • Guided Decisions are now pre-seeded with AI recommendations (subtly labeled) and remain fully overrideable.
  • Report generation now runs through Lovable AI (structured output) instead of deterministic placeholders. Output covers Snapshot, Stalled Cause, Owner-Approved Concept, Best Mockup Direction, Reference Analysis (when applicable), Lovable.dev Prompt, and Outreach Message.
  • Results screen reads the saved generatedReport — 'Generate Again' re-runs the AI call.
  • Only Business Name is required in Step 1; everything else is optional and can be filled by AI.

Shell polish pass + style notes & reference image upload

Form keyboard flow + category fixes
  • Business Category is now a searchable combobox so iOS 'Next' and Tab focus it instead of skipping over it.
